After curing my Sicilian Green Olives in my secret brine for a full nine months we drain the brine off of the olives, filter the cured brine and add little of my new olive brine. A splash of Dirty Martini Olive Juice in your favorite vodka or Gin and you will have the ultimate Dirty Martini!
